The Enjeux
Located on the site of the SNCF technical center in Saintes, FERROCAMPUS is establishing itself as a leading center dedicated to railway professions in Nouvelle-Aquitaine.

This ambitious project aims to train, welcome, and support industry professionals in a technical, educational, and inspiring environment.

The program includes:
- training and conference rooms,
- technical areas and educational workshops,
- collaborative spaces that foster exchange and innovation.

The objective: to offer a framework adapted to contemporary practices and the needs of a rapidly changing sector.

ABSOLIN's Bio-Based Plaster
In this project with stringent environmental requirements, ABSOLIN is fully integrated into the construction approach: RE2020 target for 2025, BDNA Silver Label (E3C1), geothermal energy production, and wood-concrete facades.

Our ABSOLIN bio-based plaster supports these ambitions by providing:
- a technical solution adapted to the substrate's constraints,
- aesthetic and environmental consistency,
- a durable finish that aligns with the building's intended use.
