A single material.
An infinite number of possibilities.
Walls, floors, interiors, exteriors, wet rooms, renovation or new construction… ABSOLIN supports all architectural projects thanks to a unique bio-based formulation, designed to combine aesthetics, durability and performance.

A material designed to last
ABSOLIN is not just a decorative coating.
It is a bio-based architectural coating, patented and made in France, developed to meet the requirements of contemporary architecture while respecting living things.
Its formulation combines natural materials selected for their complementary qualities to offer a durable, healthy and high-performance finish.
Your platform for expression
Each project has its own identity.
ABSOLIN offers a selection of timeless colors, carefully chosen to meet the most common uses in interior and exterior architecture.
But the matter goes much further.
Through work on pigments, textures and finishes, it is possible to create fully customized decorations.
Mineral materials, cloudy effects, deep nuances or very contemporary surfaces… the only real limit is that of the imagination.

Composition
A formulation thought out down to the smallest detail.
ABSOLIN combines natural raw materials carefully selected for their technical and environmental qualities.
Its exclusive formulation mainly combines flax, lime and marble powder, to which mineral and plant pigments are added to obtain a unique balance between aesthetics, resistance and durability.
Each ingredient plays a specific role in order to provide a breathable, high-performance and comfortable material.
Three materials. Thousands of years of expertise.
Since ancient times, the greatest civilizations have used mineral and natural materials to build structures capable of withstanding the test of time.
ABSOLIN draws inspiration from this heritage by combining these historical materials with a patented innovation.

Why linen?
Flax has been cultivated for over 8,000 years and already held an essential place in ancient Egypt, where it was valued for its strength and natural properties.
Today, integrated in a micronized form, it gives ABSOLIN its lightness, its ability to limit cracking and contributes to the thermal and acoustic performance of the material.

Why lime?
Used since ancient Greek and Roman times, lime is one of the most durable building materials in history.
Naturally breathable, it promotes the exchange of water vapor, helps regulate humidity and contributes to creating a healthier indoor environment.

Why marble?
Already used in the monuments of ancient Greece, marble dust has been recognized for centuries for its fineness and stability.
It gives ABSOLIN its mineral texture, visual depth and high-end decorative finish, while also strengthening the resistance of the finish.
Technical performance

Certified and proven results.
ABSOLIN combines natural materials with technical performance validated by laboratory tests.
A material designed to meet the requirements of contemporary projects.
Recognized technical partners
ABSOLIN relies on leading partners, such as CSTB and Nobatek , to validate its performance, support its R&D and ensure that its solutions comply with the requirements of sustainable building.
Breathable
ABSOLIN's mineral structure allows walls to breathe naturally and promotes the exchange of water vapor, contributing to better humidity regulation and the comfort of spaces.
Permeability to the
water vapor: μ ≈ 23
Air quality
ABSOLIN is formulated without VOC emissions in order to sustainably preserve the health and comfort of occupants.
The highest level of indoor air quality: A+ rating
Thermal comfort
Thanks to its formulation incorporating micronized flax, ABSOLIN contributes to the thermal comfort of buildings and improves the performance of walls.
Thermal conductivity
λ = 0.19 W/(m·K)
Acoustic comfort
Linen naturally contributes to sound absorption and improves the acoustic comfort of living spaces as well as public establishments.
Absorption coefficient
acoustics αw = 0.15
Fire resistance
ABSOLIN meets building safety requirements thanks to its excellent fire behavior.
European ranking:
B-s1,d0
Low fuel content and very low smoke emission.
Mastered application
Compatible with many surfaces, ABSOLIN can be applied to walls, floors, indoors and outdoors, including in damp rooms.
• Clean tools with water
• Excellent adhesion
• Optimized implementation

A positive impact
Reducing the carbon footprint of a building is not limited to the choice of materials.
ABSOLIN acts at every stage of the life cycle, from manufacturing to the durability of the structure.
Up to 70% emissions
Less carbon!
Compared to a conventional solution, ABSOLIN makes it possible to significantly reduce CO₂ emissions over the entire life of the building.
-25% upon implementation
-70% over 50 years
* Calculations performed using Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs), comparing ABSOLIN to a conventional system (plaster + primer + finish). The 70% savings include repainting campaigns over a 50-year lifespan.
A bio-based formulation
Natural materials are at the heart of the formulation.
Micronized flax, lime and marble powder combine to create a high-performance, durable and more environmentally friendly coating.
Made in France
Designed and manufactured in Rochefort (Charente-Maritime).
French manufacturing that guarantees traceability of materials, quality control and recognized industrial know-how.
Designed to last
Its resistance over time limits successive renovations, reduces waste and decreases the environmental impact over the entire life cycle of the building.
CSR Commitment
Taking action for more responsible construction.
ABSOLIN, a company with CSR certification, develops innovative solutions to support the transition towards a more sustainable and low-carbon architecture.
